Taste of Success

If this quote fits you, you're doing something right.

"First, they ignore you, then they laugh at you,
then they fight you, then you win." - Gandhi

I hear about it happening to other people making progress or achieving something worthwhile. Oddly enough, they may receive hate or criticism.

Experiencing it is another thing. It means you're on the right path.

And let me just say, success tastes good.

  1. Well obviously if you said something that ruffles feathers, you said something worthwhile. Perhaps not always good, but something that carried meaning. As a journalist, it's great when my articles stir up a lot of comments. If some of them are calling me idiotic no-nothing reporter (and I in fact did know what I was talking about), I struck a chord. Score!

  2. Let's not settle with ruffling feathers.

Shake the whole chicken next time!
