What to do after?

About 2 weeks ago on a Thursday night, the bus stops 1 spot before ours. Apparently the driver was done for the night.

My friend and I got off to walk the rest of the way.

While we walked, we talked about what we're currently doing in college and plans after we finish undergrad.

One thing we couldn't comprehend was not learning after we're done with school.

It just seemed dull and boring, to not know anything new.

How can someone not want to learn?

Would you be happy like that? Living day in and day out with the same information in your brain, does that sound good?

Or would it bore you?

  1. Just keep reading, especially on topics about your major, and you will just keep learning, that's definitely what I plan on doing. I love learning (which might be why I tried the intro classes to basically everything)

  2. Dave, you will be the world's smartest man.

Sometimes I'll even read material that's not so great, but curiosity just gets me. I swear even in a major there's so many things to learn it's overwhelming at times.

  3. I can't imagine not wanting to know more. Not to be cliche, but knowledge is power. Learning always empowers you to be a better person and make yourself happier.

Also, I thought the bus was supposed to drop off all passengers before they got off for the night. Good thing you're in shape!

Are you on spring break yet?

  4. Heck, any book can give someone at least one new idea or thought, which is good enough for me.

Our bus drivers are one of a kind Kim, the finest taxes can buy. (sarcasm)

I am unfortunately still at school for another week. Woe is me.
